Plus, you can stay steps away at the spectacular Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel.

• The 1 Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket Dated entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe ONLY.
• This ticket does not entitle admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure or Universal’s Volcano Bay
• Ticket is valid the date selected only
• The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. If unused, ticket shall be forfeited
• The above admission is non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days
• Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours
• No prior park reservation required.
• Activates from date selected at time of purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund, change the dates or transfer these tickets after purchase?
A: These tickets are refundable but cannot be exchanged or transfered once you have made your purchase due to the limited available. Please make sure you really do want to go ahead with buying this ticket type before you do so as we cannot do anything once processed. A cancellation fee of either £5 or €5 or $5 (depending on currency purchased in) will be applied to all refunds on cancellations. 

Q: Will Express Passes be available for Universal Epic Universe?
A: Absolutely! Express Passes for Universal Epic Universe are now on offer.

Q: Can I get a My Universal Photo package for Universal Epic Universe?
A: Not at the moment, but My Universal Photo packages will be introduced for Universal Epic Universe before the park opens. Keep an eye out for updates as we approach the launch.

Q: Do I need to select a specific date to visit Universal Epic Universe?
A: No, you don’t have to choose a specific date for your visit to Universal Epic Universe as the date of this ticket is your admission date.

Q: Is entry to Universal Epic Universe guaranteed with my ticket?
A: To provide a fantastic experience for all guests, Universal Epic Universe has a capacity limit, and tickets are sold for specific date ranges. As long as your ticket is valid, you can enjoy the park within the timeframe you selected.

Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.
• Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Universal Studios Resort Orlando events.
• Tickets run for the duration of 6 days from first activation date.
• Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID
• Enter the venue directly with this voucher
• This ticket type is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable once issued.
