Important information for visiting with minors under 18 years

Minors (under 18 years of age) participating in a dolphin swim experience and/or SeaVenture® must present or complete upon arrival waiver(s) signed by the parent or legal guardian. For Minors visiting Discovery Cove with anyone other than their parents or legal guardian it is important this is completed before arrival by the natural guardian and the document presented on arrival. Minors visiting Discovery Cove without Adult supervision will need to have a parent or legal guardian complete the “Authorization to Treat” form.

If a child is under 18 years of age and is traveling alone or without their natural guardian and participating in the dolphin swim experience and/or SeaVenture® the natural guardian must sign the waiver(s) and provide a copy of their license for the child to present at check-in. Any guest must be at least be at least 15 years of age to visit Discovery Cove® without adult supervision. Authorization & Waiver forms are issued after tickets are booked.

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Discovery Cove.
• Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Participants 0-2 years go FREE.
• Your digital ticket for Discovery Cove also includes a gate-ready barcode for admission to SeaWorld and Aquatica for up to 14 consecutive days either before or after your Discovery Cove day.

*Pay Zero Deposit option is available on tickets where the selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time at cut-off, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim Package tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and full refund will be offered. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
