Lightning Lane Multi Pass: offers the opportunity to reserve on the day of park visit an expedited access window for certain attractions and experiences in the theme park or theme parks that the ticket holder visits with the ticket. Lightning Lane Multi Pass service allows the ticket holder to hold an for only one attraction or experience at a time. Some attractions and experiences are not available on Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and the number of expedited access windows for each eligible attraction or experience are limited. The expedited access window offered to the ticket holder by Lightning Lane Multi Pass may be next available. Ticket holder will need to have the Disneyland mobile app on day of park entry to use Lightning Lane Multi pass. The Lightning Lane Multi pass service user interface is in the English language only. Lightning Lane Multi Pass also includes some in-park audio experiences and some special in-park functionality that can be used on certain photos taken by the guest while in the park.

Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Disneyland Resort.
• A Prior park reservation can be made after you have purchased your ticket.
• Tickets can be linked to your Disneyland Resort account for easy park access. Alternatively you can take your park ticket to any ticket window at any of the Disney parks and redeem for a physical park pass.
• Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Disneyland Resort events.
• Tickets run for the duration of 3 Day for use over 13 non-consecutive days.

*Pay Zero Deposit option is available on tickets where the selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time at cut-off, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: 3-day hopper tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and full refund will be offered. For example, if you have a ticket for 20th September, you have until midnight on 10th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once this time frame passes (i.e 00:01hrs local time 21st September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the cut-off time.
