Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights brings together the stories and visions of the world’s most notorious creators of horror. From cinematic greats and crazed current cult favorites to the park’s original abominations—every year, the legend grows and the experience reaches beyond the wildest nightmares.

As the sun sets on days filled with thrills in all of Universal’s theme parks, the night awakens with a frightening chill in Universal Studios Florida™. Surrounded in shadow by screams and mad laughter, you will never be quite sure if your spine is tingling with dread or sheer excitement. You’ll enter into terrifying haunted houses, inspired by the biggest names in horror. Face nightmarish creatures on streets twisted into sinister scare zones. Lose yourself in outrageous live shows filled with diabolically entertaining surprises.

Then, escape onto some of Universal Studios’ most exhilarating attractions where heart pounding takes on a different meaning—until the horror calls them back.

The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Valid only during normal operating hours. Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.
• Tickets only valid for Halloween Horror Night Event on date selected when booking only. No refund for partially used tickets.
• These ticket are non-refundable once the event starts, regardless of weather conditions.
• Free self-parking after 6.00pm and Universal Cinemark Matinee Free Parking Program are NOT valid for Halloween Horror Nights event nights.
• This event ticket only allows entry to Universal Studios Orlando Halloween Horror Nights event and not to any other Halloween event being held at any other Universal park worldwide.

*Pay Zero Deposit option is available on tickets where the selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time at cut-off, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Universal Studios Orlando Halloween Horror Night event tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and full refund will be offered. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
