Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior first use.
• Tickets only valid on consecutive days from selected start date when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets become non-refundable once issued. Tickets are issued 14-days prior to start date (upon successful payment)

*Pay Zero Deposit option is available on tickets where the selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 23:59 local time at cut-off, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: The London Pass® can be cancelled at anytime prior to the tickets being issued. Upon successful payment, the tickets are automatically issued and then become non-refundable.Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the cut-off time.

Each London Pass credits package is subject to a maximum number of credits and you are unable to exceed this. 1 credit is worth £1 and your credits are redeemed when you enter attractions, reducing by the amount of the standard gate price of the attraction you enter.
