Ticket Information:

• The 2-Park 2-Day Base Ticket Dated entitles one (1) guest admission to EITHER Universal Studios Florida, OR Universal’s Islands of Adventure per day
• The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on one (1) separate calendar day
• Ticket is valid over six (6) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected
• The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited
• The above admission is non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days
• Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours
• No prior park reservation required.
• Activates from date selected at time of purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund, change the dates or transfer these tickets after purchase?
A: Unfortunately these tickets are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable once you have made your purchase due to the limited available. Please make sure you really do want to go ahead with buying this ticket type before you do so as we cannot do anything once processed. 

Q: Will Express Passes be available for Universal Epic Universe?
A: Absolutely! Express Passes for Universal Epic Universe will be offered as we get closer to the park’s grand opening. Stay tuned for more details as the launch date nears.

Q: Can I get a My Universal Photo package for Universal Epic Universe?
A: Not at the moment, but My Universal Photo packages will be introduced for Universal Epic Universe before the park opens. Keep an eye out for updates as we approach the launch.

Q: Do I need to select a specific date to visit Universal Epic Universe?
A: No, you don’t have to choose a specific date for your visit to Universal Epic Universe. However, you will need to select the first date of use for your ticket when you buy it. After that, you can explore any of the parks, including Epic Universe, during your ticket’s valid period.

Q: Is entry to Universal Epic Universe guaranteed with my ticket?
A: To provide a fantastic experience for all guests, Universal Epic Universe has a capacity limit, and tickets are sold for specific date ranges. As long as your ticket is valid, you can enjoy the park within the timeframe you selected.

Q: Can I buy a ticket to visit Universal Epic Universe for more than one day?
A: In 2025, tickets that include Universal Epic Universe allow access for just one day.

Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.
• Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Universal Studios Resort Orlando events.
• Tickets run for the duration of 6 days from first activation date.
• Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID
• Enter the venue directly with this voucher
