Lightning Lane Multi Pass: offers the opportunity to reserve on the day of park visit an expedited access window for certain attractions and experiences in the theme park or theme parks that the ticket holder visits with the ticket. Lightning Lane Multi Pass service allows the ticket holder to hold an for only one attraction or experience at a time. Some attractions and experiences are not available on Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and the number of expedited access windows for each eligible attraction or experience are limited. The expedited access window offered to the ticket holder by Lightning Lane Multi Pass may be next available. Ticket holder will need to have the Disneyland mobile app on day of park entry to use Lightning Lane Multi pass. The Lightning Lane Multi pass service user interface is in the English language only. Lightning Lane Multi Pass also includes some in-park audio experiences and some special in-park functionality that can be used on certain photos taken by the guest while in the park.

Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Disneyland Resort.
• A Prior park reservation can be made after you have purchased your ticket.
• Tickets can be linked to your Disneyland Resort account for easy park access. Alternatively you can take your park ticket to any ticket window at any of the Disney parks and redeem for a physical park pass.
• Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Disneyland Resort events.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Disneyland Resort ticket types where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Disneyland Resort park tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 13th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 14th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.

*If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation, and you have only paid the deposit, we’ll provide you with a £5 discount code to use against a future purchase.
