Dynamic Pricing Now In Operation:

As of 19th November 2024, Disneyland Paris changed to a dynamic pricing model where ticket costs can change multiple times a day based on customer demand. Our IT system was never built to manage this type of structure, since no other attraction park we sell does this.

We are working on redesigning our software to manage dynamic pricing but this takes time, and so for now we can offer you Disneyland Paris park tickets on a ‘Request A Price“ basis.

These prices will be live and subject to change or removal at anytime after quoting.

We will endeavour to offer you the lowest possible pricing in the quickest turnaround time we can, but please bare in mind that the price we quote may not last long before it changes. Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Disneyland® Paris.
• Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Disneyland® Paris events.
• Tickets run consecutively for the duration of 3 days from selected start date.

*Pay Zero Deposit option is available on tickets where the selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time at cut-off, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Multi-day dated tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and full refund will be offered. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
