Check the “Park Availability Calendar” to confirm if your desired dates are available. Book your tickets and note your Disneyland Confirmation Number that will be on your voucher. Next, create a profile on StartYourDisneylandExperience.com so you can link your tickets and make your theme park reservations. To enter a theme park, each Guest (age 3 and older) is required to have both a park reservation and valid ticket or Magic Key pass, for the same date and same park, for each day of their visit. Guests must use the same admission for park entry that was used to make the associated theme park reservation. Theme park reservations for select dates and parks may be made in advance for a period of time, on a rolling basis, as determined by Disney and as set forth on the applicable park reservation availability calendars.

This multi-day pass is valid for admission to one of the following theme parks for each day of the ticket:

Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Disneyland Resort.
A Prior park reservation can be made after you have purchased your ticket.
Tickets can be linked to your Disneyland Resort account for easy park access. Alternatively you can take your park ticket to any ticket window at any of the Disney parks and redeem for a physical park pass.
Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Disneyland Resort events.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Disneyland Resort ticket types where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification. Cancellation Policy: Disneyland Resort park tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 13th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 14th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time. *If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned.
