Terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy: Hong Kong Disneyland Entry Tickets are full payment at time of booking, however select tickets (as indicated above) can be cancelled up to 7 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 1st September, you have until midnight on 7th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once that time has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 8th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the cut-off time. An admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned.
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Hong Kong Disneyland & linked to the official park app.
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets do not offer access to any separately ticketed Hong Kong Disneyland events.
- Tickets run for the duration as shown on the ticket and for the date specified on your ticket.
