Operating Season & Hours
Generally open from March to early November, with selected February half-term and Christmas openings. The park does not open every day throughout the year.
Typically opens at 10:00am, closing between 4:30pm and 6:00pm, depending on the date. Always check the resort’s calendar before travelling.
Ride restrictions apply. Seasonal events and available attractions vary by date and ticket type.

Terms and conditions
- E-tickets delivered same day
- No prior park reservation required.
- Print out in advance or present via mobile device
- Cancel upto 3 days prior to ticket start date.
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed LEGOLAND Windsor Resort events.
Cancellation Policy: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort park tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
*An admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation.
