Go Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Go Gift Cards issued by Go Travel Group Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use with Go Ticketless, Go Magical and Go Worldwide.

1. Gift Cards are issued in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and may be used only against eligible products sold through our participating websites.
2. Each Gift Card has a unique promotional code and monetary balance. The available balance can be used in full or in part against a future eligible booking.
3. If a booking costs more than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout.
4. If a booking costs less than the available Gift Card balance, the unused amount remains available until the Gift Card is fully redeemed or expires.
5. Gift Cards are valid until the expiry date shown in the Gift Card email or accompanying communication. Any unused balance after that date will expire.
6. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
7. Gift Cards must not be sold, auctioned, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without our written permission.
8. Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers where checkout rules state that promotions are exclusive.
9. Gift Cards may be redeemed only against eligible travel products, tickets, activities, packages, or services available at the time of booking. Availability, pricing, supplier conditions, age restrictions, and booking terms continue to apply.
10. We may refuse or cancel a Gift Card, booking, or transaction where we reasonably believe that a code has been obtained, used, or shared fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.
11. Please keep Gift Card codes secure. We are not responsible for a lost, stolen, copied, forwarded, or unauthorised code once delivered, except where required by law.
12. If a booking paid for wholly or partly using a Gift Card is cancelled or refunded, any refund will be handled under the applicable booking cancellation and refund terms. Where a refund is due, we may return the eligible value to the original Gift Card balance unless the law requires another method.
13. Gift Cards are not refundable after purchase except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
14. We may amend these terms where necessary for legal, security, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons. Changes will not reduce the value already loaded onto a valid Gift Card.
