Terms and conditions:
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Chessington World of Adventures Resort
- Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Chessington World of Adventures Resort events.
- Tickets run for the duration stated on the ticket and from the selected start date
*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Chessington World of Adventures Resort ticket types where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.
Cancellation Policy: Chessington World of Adventures Resort tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
*If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation, and you have only paid the deposit, we’ll provide you with a £5 discount code to use against a future purchase.
