Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event

- The ticket must be used by the same person on all days
- This event will push through on all weather conditions
- Free self-parking after 6pm is not valid for Halloween Horror Nights event nights. Parking fees and other restrictions may apply.
- Park, rides/shows/attractions, haunted houses, entertainment, experience details and/or access to event may be restricted or unavailable due to capacity/closures/other factors and benefits/restrictions are subject to change without notice
- WARNING: EVENT MAY BE TOO INTENSE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. NO COSTUMES OR COSTUME MASKS ALLOWED
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy: These Halloween Horror Nights General Admission tickets are full payment at time of booking, however can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 20 September, you have until midnight on 10th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once that time has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the cut-off time.
An admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned.
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Tickets do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Universal Studios Resort Orlando events, or access to any other Universal Studios Orlando theme park unless otherwise specified on the park ticket.
- Tickets run for the duration as shown on the ticket and for the date specified on your ticket.
