Different attractions have different minimum height requirements and policies on wheelchairs, assistance dogs, and expectant mothers. For safety reasons, pass holders may be unable to ride on the attractions in some situations.

Children under elementary school age cannot participate alone. Please be sure to participate with an accompanying person who is at least a junior high school student

If you are unable to experience an attraction because you are accompanying a child who doesn’t meet the height or usage requirements, you will receive a Child Switch Ticket instead (as the service isn’t available during the tour). You can use this ticket to enjoy the attraction after the tour
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Japan
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets do not offer access to any separately ticketed Universal Studios Japan events
- Tickets run for the duration as shown on the ticket and for the date specified on your ticket.
