Get ready for a new way to experience Universal Orlando Resort. With four incredible parks, including Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, and Universal Epic Universe, this is now a complete holiday destination offering days of non-stop entertainment. Alongside the parks, you will find themed hotels, dining, and entertainment at Universal CityWalk.
Why wait in line? Universal Express Passes allow you to use a shorter, separate queue at participating rides and attractions, reducing your wait time. Please note that Universal Express Passes do not include theme park admission and must be purchased in addition to your park ticket.
UNIVERSAL EXPRESS
Universal Express allows one-time access per participating ride or attraction.
The following Universal Express Pass options are available:
- Universal Studios Florida Express Pass, valid for one day at Universal Studios Florida
- Universal Islands of Adventure Express Pass, valid for one day at Islands of Adventure
- Universal Epic Universe Express Pass, valid for one day at Epic Universe
- 2-Park Universal Express Pass, valid for one day at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure
Multi-day Universal Express products may be available through selected suppliers, however these are limited and not standard ticket options. Availability and park inclusion can vary.
UNIVERSAL EXPRESS UNLIMITED
Universal Express Unlimited allows unlimited use at participating rides and attractions throughout the day.
The following Universal Express Unlimited options are available:
- Universal Studios Florida Express Unlimited Pass, valid for one day
- Universal Islands of Adventure Express Unlimited Pass, valid for one day
- 2-Park Universal Express Unlimited Pass, valid for one day at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure
Please note that Universal Express Unlimited is not currently available for Universal Epic Universe.
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA
Step into your favourite films and TV shows with immersive rides, shows, and attractions. Experience high-speed thrills, movie magic, and unforgettable moments throughout the park.
UNIVERSAL ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE
Explore worlds of superheroes, dinosaurs, and magical creatures. Each themed land offers unique adventures, from intense roller coasters to family-friendly attractions.
UNIVERSAL EPIC UNIVERSE
Discover a new theme park featuring immersive lands accessed through themed portals. Universal Epic Universe offers next-generation attractions and experiences. Universal Express is available for select attractions with one-time use per ride, and availability may vary.
UNIVERSAL VOLCANO BAY
Universal Volcano Bay is a tropical water theme park featuring slides, wave pools, and relaxing attractions. The park uses a virtual queue system called TapuTapu instead of a traditional Express Pass.

- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Park-to-Park admission is required to ride the Hogwarts Express between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
- Universal Express is not valid at Volcano Bay. Epic Universe Express access is limited to one-time use per ride and does not include unlimited options.
- Admission to CityWalk venues may require guests to be aged 21 or over. Valid photo identification may be required.
- All products, availability, and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express Passes are valid only at participating rides and attractions and are subject to availability. Wait times are reduced but not eliminated. Express Passes are not valid for separately ticketed events.
- Tickets run for the duration as stated on the voucher and from first activation date.
- Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID

- Cancel upto 3 days prior to ticket start date.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Universal Studios Orlando ticket types where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.
Cancellation Policy: Universal Studios Orlando ticket park tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
*If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation, and you have only paid the deposit, we’ll provide you with a £5 discount code to use against a future purchase.
