Booking limitations

• Participants are required to confirm that their country’s driving license/IDP is eligible for Japan. Residents from countries such as China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar are not allowed to drive in Japan. Please make sure that your passport country issues an international driving permit under the 1949 convention. The operator cannot issue refunds if participants provide incorrect/invalid documents on the activity day
• Original driving license + international driving permit (hardcopy) issued by the local authority of each country + passport (all three documents are required in order to drive)
• Countries such as Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, or Monaco must be accompanied by an original driving license, an official Japanese translation by the authorized organization, and a passport (all three documents are required to drive)
• To drive in Japan, an International driving permit should be under the 1949 convention to legally drive on the streets of Japan. It is fully participant's responsibility to provide a driver license that is valid to drive in Japan. The regulations differ depending on your passport issuing country. Please make sure to check the regulation from Japan Automobile Federation (JAF)
• For US, Canadian, and Australian passport holders, an International Driving Permit (IDP) or Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) driver's license must be presented. IDP must be in original copy in booklet form with classification A~E to be valid. All participants must also present a physical copy of their own country's driver's license and passport
• For Indian passport holders, IDP must be issued by these institutions to be valid: Automobile Association of Western India, Upper India, Eastern India, and Southern India. IDP must be in original copy in a booklet form with classification A~E to be valid. All participants must also present a physical copy of their own country's driver's license and passport

Additional information

• If the operator decides to cancel this experience due to rain, you will be offered a choice of cancellation or rescheduling. However, if the tour continues despite the rain, you will have the option to reschedule, but no cancellation or refund will be allowed
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date.
• A £5 per person cancellation fee is applied before refund returned.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a refund.
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Meet-up information

• Operator is required to check your driving license before participation so please make sure to arrive on time. You will not be able to participate if you fail to arrive according to meet up time
