Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are working space launch facilities, so tours may be altered or closed due to operational requirements.

Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Kennedy Space Center.
Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
Tickets only valid for general park entries and do not offer access to any other separately ticketed Kennedy Space Center events.
Tickets run for the duration as stated on the voucher.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Kennedy Space Center ticket types where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Kennedy Space Center ticket park tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 1st September, you have until midnight on 10th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the time frame has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 11th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.

*If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation, and you have only paid the deposit, we’ll provide you with a £5 discount code to use against a future purchase.
