Terms and conditions:

• Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing.
• Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Walt Disney World.
• Tickets are Disney MagicMobile ready and can be linked to your My Disney Experience account for easy event access only. These tickets do not grant you access to the parks during normal operating hours, a separate park ticket will be required for this.
• Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
• Tickets only valid for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World.
• Tickets run for the duration of 1 day.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on these Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy: Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 1st September, you have until midnight on 10th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the time has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 11th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.

*If full payment has been made for an order that is valid for cancellation, an admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned. If you cancel an order that is valid for cancellation, and you have only paid the deposit, we'll provide you with a £5 discount code to use against a future purchase.
