Allow approximately 7 hours for the experience. Pick-up times vary by meeting point. Food, drinks and optional gratuities are not included. Wildlife sightings during the airboat ride cannot be guaranteed, and show schedules are subject to change. You'll need to confirm tour details, pick-up time and location 48 hours prior to the activity - don't worry as we'll give you full details to do this.

- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at pickup
- Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets run for the duration of 1 day.
- Cancel upto 10 days prior to ticket start date.

*Just £5 Deposit is available on this ticket type where your selected start date is more than 14-days away from today. Full payment is required to clear before midnight 14-days prior to selected start date. If payment has not cleared by 29:59 local time by the cut-off date, the tickets will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.
Cancellation Policy: This ticket can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 23 September, you have until midnight on 20th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the 72 hours have passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 24th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time.
