Enjoy the Santa Clause Visit with a small group, meet the real Santa and blow him your wishes, visit Santa's post office were his elves are working full year, you can also send a post card from there to your siblings or friends. We will cross the arctic circle line where you can take some photos and videos. Enjoy afterwards a delicious lunch and take some time to visit the rest of the village, local typical shops, souvenirs, see some reindeers and more

- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Cancellation Policy
Full payment at time of booking, however can be cancelled up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 1 September, you have until midnight on 3th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once that time has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 4th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the cut-off time.
An admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned.
- Tickets will become available to download from your Go Ticketless account dashboard upon your payment clearing. This can take upto 72 hours depending on your bank
- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival.
- Tickets only valid from the date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets do not offer access to any other separately ticketed events, or access otherwise specified on the park ticket.
- Tickets run for the duration as shown on the ticket and for the date / time specified on your ticket.
