- Tickets must be downloaded prior to arrival at Disneyland® Paris.
- Tickets only valid on date selected when booking. No refund for partially used tickets.
- Tickets run for the duration stated on the ticket and from the selected date only
Cancellation Policy: Disneyland Paris to Paris + Hop-on Hop-off Tour tickets can be cancelled up to 10 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival) and a refund will be offered*. For example, if you have a ticket for 1st September, you have until midnight on 10th September to cancel. No refunds are offered once the time frame has passed (i.e 00:01hrs local time 11th September). Customers can cancel their tickets via their Go Ticketless account dashboard, via Live Chat or WhatsApp (during operational hours) or via emailing tickets@goticketless.co.uk. Email cancellation notifications will only be dealt with on the next working day (Mon-Sat during operational hours). We suggest you do not leave cancelling your tickets until the last moment missing the 72 hour cut-off time. An admin fee of £5 per person will be applied before any funds are returned.
